I'm Christine, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Texas. Some of the hardest things to carry are the ones we never asked to carry in the first place. If you've been holding something heavy, you don't have to keep holding it alone.

I love working with teens, young adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, and trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood abuse, neglect, and those who grew up witnessing abuse. I also work with couples and families navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, parenting challenges, and premarital transitions.

I'm trained in play therapy and sand tray therapy, which means healing doesn't always have to look like talking. Sometimes it looks like building, creating, or simply being in a space that finally feels safe enough to breathe.
